Custom Domain Status Messaging Improved & Other Fixes

Here are some fixes and improvements we've made over the last few days: 💬 We've enhanced messaging for custom domain statuses. 📐 We've made sure that the logo appears in a regular size on the confirmation page after booking. 🟢 The save button now activates properly in all cases when creating a new meeting type.
