Agreed. We'll work on this, for sure. It's part of our internal roadmap already.
would love to see a CUSTOM option to set your own rule on when a reminder is sent (for example, I like a 72-hour reminder to send my clients a form for Focus Notes for the call). While I am suggesting this, it would be amazing to have the option to customize the reminder text for each of the times, like in Acuity scheduling. I would like to be able to request my Focus Notes 72 hours in advance, but I do not want exactly the same wording on my 30 minutes before the call reminder, it does not make sense.
Hope we can see custom reminders (via email and SMS) soon! Custom as in not just the content of the reminder but WHEN. I would like to send an email and SMS confirmation when a booking is done. Then depending on the type of meeting to have ANY number of reminders (via email and SMS) sent a custom time AFTER booking (like 1 day after booking, then another one 2 days after etc) and BEFORE the actual meeting. Thank you!
