Email templates - Date in german language

I use the templates for reminders etc. I use the "shortcodes", the variables. ... 12:30 am Thu, January 12, 2023 ... But in the email reminder the time has to be followed by "Uhr" and the date should be (in this example) 12. Januar 2023. In order to this example in full, I would like to have: ... 12:30 **Uhr** am Donnerstag, **den** 12. Januar 2023 ... Thanks in advance.
