It would be brilliant to create email notifications: a confirmation email, several email reminders and a follow up email after the call.

If it is not possible within ACE platform, perhaps a webhook integration can open up huge possibilities for integrations

Yes, a connection to Zapier or KonnectzIT would give users a lot of flexibility.
